I am DBS checked and I am fully insured allowing owners to have full reassurrance that their pets are being safely looked after. I also have a Certificate in Pet First Aid alongside having a Diploma in Pet Sitting and Dog walking.   

My starting prices can be found on my prices page however these are guide prices, the exact total of your services will depend on the services you require and the duration of each service as well as how many pets are being cared for. Head on over to my contact Page where you will find my contact details to arrange a booking. Before making any bookings I will arrange a visit with you at a convenient date and time so i can meet you as well as your pets at your home and get to know more about their usual routine and the services you are requiring. When i come to meet you and your pets i will bring along all the necessary paperwork and consent forms that need completing to get you booked in.

I will accept payment either Via cash or bank transfer and a deposit of 20% will be required to confirm your booking. When i come to meet you and your pet you will be given some paperwork to complete and once i have left you will then be sent confirmation via email that you have been booked in. On completion of the services you will be sent an invoice via email showing the services that have taken place and the total bill that is due. After an invoice has been sent to you the remaining balance should be paid within 48 hours. After the full balance has been paid you will receive a receipt via email showing confirmation of payment.   

I understand leaving your pet with someone can be worrying therefore when i come to meet you and your pet i will have you fill in paperwork which will confirm information regarding your pets usual veterinary practice. In case of an accident or an emergency to occur i will always try taking your pet to your preffered veterinary practice. If Veterinary assistance is needed outside of your chosen vets usual hours or they are unavailble i will always take them to the closest out of hours vet. If your pet is at any point needing Veterinary assistance i will always contact you to make you aware of what has happened so you can make any further decisions regarding the treatment your pet may need. My main priority will always be the care and safety of your pet.
